Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter based in Ahmedabad. The US IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including gathering requirements, sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases, and screening resumes for technical and role fit. The role involves conducting phone and video interviews, coordinating technical interviews with clients, negotiating compensation, and managing offer processes.

The US IT Recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, update recruitment trackers and ATS,



and collaborate closely with account managers and hiring managers to understand job needs and timelines. The role also includes building long-term relationships with consultants, staying current with US IT job market trends, and ensuring adherence to client-specific and internal recruitment processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Candidates should possess experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, with an understanding of common IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
- Candidates should possess hands-on expertise in Recruiting and Hiring, including stakeholder coordination and candidate pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and candidates in the US market.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with US work authorization types (e.g., W2, C2C), time zones, and basic compliance requirements.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with ATS tools, job boards, and professional networking platforms (such as LinkedIn).
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline and prior experience as a US IT Recruiter or in staffing/recruitment for US clients is highly preferred.
