Role Overview

As a US IT Recruiter Fresher, you will work closely with our recruitment and delivery teams to identify, engage, screen, and coordinate IT professionals for requirements from US-based clients.

You will receive structured training on:

- US IT Staffing
- US recruitment lifecycle
- IT technologies and job roles
- Resume sourcing and screening
- Candidate engagement
- US work authorization concepts
- Job portals and sourcing tools
- Interview coordination
- Candidate follow-up and closure

The role requires strong communication skills, willingness to learn, persistence, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

- Source IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Search and identify candidates matching specific technical requirements.
- Understand job descriptions and identify relevant technical skills.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Candidate Screening
- Conduct initial candidate screening through calls and online communication.
- Understand candidate experience, technical background, location, availability, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
- Evaluate resumes against client requirements.




- Present suitable candidates to the senior recruitment/delivery team.

Candidate Engagement
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
- Explain job opportunities, client requirements, work locations, and interview processes.
- Follow up regularly with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain candidate interest and ensure availability for interviews and joining.

Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client/interview panels.
- Track interview feedback and candidate status.
- Follow up on offers, documentation, onboarding, and joining.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and daily activity reports.

Learning & Development
- Continuously develop knowledge of IT technologies and job roles.
- Learn the US staffing ecosystem and recruitment processes.
- Understand different types of IT roles such as Java, .NET, Data, Cloud, DevOps, QA, SAP, Salesforce, etc.
- Learn Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methodologies.

Required Skills

Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Candidates with internship/project experience in recruitment, HR, sales,



or business development are preferred.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies is an added advantage.
