Lorven Technologies is seeking an US HR Operations professional to oversee seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate background verification and strong coordination across teams.

Role Overview

You will manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities, support background verification processes, and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently
- Coordinate and track background verification (BGV) activities
- Ensure documentation and compliance accuracy
- Work closely with recruitment and operations teams
- Maintain employee records and update HR systems
- Support HR operations for US IT staffing processes

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in US HR Operations / Onboarding / Offboarding
- Experience in US IT staffing environment
- Familiarity with US tax terms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word
- Attention to detail and strong coordination abilities
