We are expanding our US IT Staffing team and hiring experienced professionals.

US IT Bench Sales Recruiter – 4 Positions

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2–4 years

Must have

- 2–4 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Must have experience in Full-Time (FTE) placements.
- Must have robust, active relationships with Prime Vendors.
- Candidates who work primarily through Implementation Partners will not be considered.
- Strong understanding of US staffing, visa types, and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants directly through Prime Vendors.




- Generate quality C2C requirements through active Prime Vendor relationships.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and successfully close placements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Prime Vendors.
- Minimum 1 placement per month

Incentives: Recurring performance-based incentives

Location:

1 month Remote

Bachupally, Hyderabad (Onsite thereafter)

Candidates residing near Bachupally are preferred.
