Location: KPHB, Hyderabad

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US Healthcare Recruitment
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (Nursing, Allied Health, Admin roles) for US-based clients
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs
- Stay updated with US healthcare rules and staffing trends

Requirements

- Freshers and experienced professionals with experience in recruiting Nursing, Allied Health, Clinical, and other healthcare professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Valuable understanding of US Healthcare recruitment, licensing, and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Proficient in sourcing through job boards like Indeed, Vivian, Travel Nurse Source, Allied Travel Careers, as well as ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Good negotiation skills for rate discussion and candidate closure
- Experience in license and certification verification.
- Knowledge of tax terms (W2, 1099, Full-time) and stipends
