Hiring: US Blue-Collar Recruiter | Mohali

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and highly resourceful US Blue-Collar Recruiter to join our in-house recruitment team in Mohali-67.

We’re looking for a true recruitment qualified who actively seeks out talent, builds candidate communities, explores unconventional sourcing channels, and takes complete end-to-end ownership of the recruitment process.

Location: Mohali-67

Shift: US / Night Shift(6:30 PM-3:30 AM)

Working Days:Mon-Fri

Employment: In-house

Salary: ₹40,000–₹70,000/month (negotiable for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities:

· Source US blue-collar/skilled-trade candidates through multiple channels.

· Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

· Leverage LinkedIn, Facebook/community groups, colleges, trade schools, referrals, job portals, and other creative sourcing channels.

· Build candidate communities and explore innovative recruitment strategies.

· Conduct initial screening and phone interviews.

· Manage candidates through the recruitment process until closure.

· Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure timely follow-ups.





· Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience.

Skills & Qualifications required

· Prior US Recruitment experience, preferably blue-collar/technical hiring.

· Excellent spoken and written English with strong US cultural awareness.

· Extroverted, energetic, confident, and relationship-oriented.

· Strong sourcing, networking, follow-up, and communication skills.

· Comfortable with social media, community building, and ATS platforms.

· Self-driven with a strong "hunter" mindset.
