Hiring: US Accountant /Client Accounting Services (CAS)

Location: Chennai, Guindy

Experience: 0.6 months - 3 Years

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM 3:15 AM)

Cab: Both way

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end accounting for U.S.-based clients.
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Work with cloud accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Bill.com, MRI, and Yardi.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and provide client support.

Eligibility:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting,



Finance, or a related field.
- 15 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
- Hands-on experience with 3 or more accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Bill.com, MRI, or Yardi).
- Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with U.S.-based clients or outsourced accounting is preferred.

Preferred:

- Experience in CPA firms, outsourced accounting, or shared service centers.
- Knowledge of payroll, tax preparation, or multi-entity accounting is an added advantage.
