We are looking for Tech Sourcers to help us find the best tech talent in the global market like North America and LATAM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment and positive understanding of technical landscape, to attract and hire top talent.

Key Requirements.

- Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on sourcing and screening candidates in either One of the mentioned Tech Stack Software Development Engineer, Data Analytics & IT - Infrastructure or related technical roles.
- Software Development Engineers

- IT - Infrastructure or related technical roles.
- Screening & Evaluation: Comfortable conducting candidate screening on Phone to assess technical skills
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed.com and other sourcing tools.

Shift- Night shift + Remote This role is on Third Party Payroll Talent Resource and an open-ended contract.
