Interested profiles with 5+ years of on-site experience in Warehouse Fitout Project Execution, involving Electrical,HVAC, FFS, FAS, PA, CCTV, IT, MEP, Civil & Interior Office works & other associated services from E-commerce/ Logistics/ Retail/ Infrastructure/ Commercial space.

In office Full time role, Should be comfortable with frequent traveling and lengthy deputation at Project sites Pan India as per business requirements.

Academic Qualification:

B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Act as a SPOC in delivering multiple Infra Projects within the Timeline & Budget.
2. Micro level project planning, scheduling, monitoring & coordination with all internal & external

stakeholders.
1. Design validation of correct, consistent,



and comprehensive drawings and specifications.
2. Ensure proper Safety & Quality of execution work at sites.
3. Ensure documented handover of all completed facilities, complying HOTO signoff process.
4. Review, certify measurements & Sign off vendors' bills. Ensure timely GRN, Submission of Provisions, Bills,

and Closure of PO as per Contract.
1. Value addition in Project cost & timeline management.

Skills : Project Management, AutoCAD, MS Projects, MS Office, Google Sheets, Good Written and Verbalcommunication.

Six Sigma / Project Management certified candidates preferred.
