Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and close property sales deals from negotiation to booking.
- Manage and convert high-value leads and prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly closing targets.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and other commercial aspects.
- Maintain solid relationships with customers and ensure smooth closure.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, accounts, and documentation teams for deal closure.
- Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of real estate sales and closing processes.
