Eduflute Academy is looking for a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Online Hindi Tutor to conduct one-to-one online tutoring sessions for school, college, and university students. We are seeking teachers who can make Hindi learning engaging and easy to understand while helping students improve their grammar, reading, writing, vocabulary, comprehension, and communication skills .

Position Details

- Job Type: Part-Time – Remote
- Teaching Mode: One-to-One Sessions — No Batch Teaching
- Student Level: School, College & University Students
- Experience: 2–10 years preferred
- Compensation: ₹300–₹400 per hour
- Working Hours: Flexible

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive online Hindi classes according to the student's level and curriculum.
- Teach Hindi grammar, literature, vocabulary, reading, writing, and comprehension.
- Help students with homework, assignments, examinations, projects, and academic preparation.
- Improve students' pronunciation, sentence formation, communication, and creative writing skills.
- Prepare personalized lesson plans according to individual learning requirements.
- Use stories, examples, discussions, presentations, and digital resources to make classes engaging.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills Candidates should have strong knowledge of:

Knowledge of CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, IGCSE, or other school curricula is an advantage.

Eligibility

- 2–10 years of experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent Hindi subject knowledge and robust communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Previous teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or school teaching experience is an advantage.
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills are required.
- Must own a laptop/desktop with webcam and microphone.
- Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi connection is mandatory.
- Comfortable conducting live online classes through Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
