Experience: 2-5 years
Ideal Background
- M.Sc. Nursing Paediatrics / Neonatal / Child Health / Maternal & Child Health preferred
- Clinical experience in Paediatric, Neonatal or Community Healthcare
- Training / Teaching / Mentoring experience is a strong plus
- Exposure to childcare, daycare, creche, parent education or early childhood settings will be an advantage
- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify medical concepts
- Passionate about hands-on learning, mentoring and learner development
What you’ll do:
- Deliver structured childcare training to candidate batches
- Cover Child Development, Childcare & Daily Routines, Nutrition & Feeding, Health & Safety, First Aid and Early Learning
- Conduct practical demonstrations, assessments and competency evaluations
- Mentor candidates and prepare them for real-world childcare roles
- Support curriculum and training material development
