Key Responsibilities

- Experience in client product support ( Google Ads T&S; Real time)
- Data Architecture & Reporting: Design, develop, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports, scorecards, and management dashboards.
- Metric Identification: Define and track critical Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), defect densities and Daily/Weekly /Monthly Review Decks.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and trend analysis on quality deviations using statistical tools to predict potential systemic failures.
- System Administration: Serve as the administrator or super-user for the Quality Management System (QMS) software, ensuring data integrity, proper user access, and system updates.

Education

Bachelors degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science,



or a related field.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in PLX tools & Google Dashboards
- Advanced Excel and SQL query writing

Methodologies Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles, statistical process control (SPC), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Soft Skills

Strong data storytelling skillsthe ability to translate complex data sets into easy, high-level business insights for executives.

Flexibility

Ensure associates work their assigned shifts based on the business demand and requirements of the tasks.

Preferred Experience

- 4 to 5 years of experience in a data analytics or MIS role, specifically embedded within a Quality Assurance or Operations environment.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is Preferab
