Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna for a Bihar Board Urdu Teacher at Edural Classes™.

The Urdu

Teacher will design and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons for Classes 8–10, focusing on Bihar Board requirements and exam patterns.

Responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom teaching, assigning and evaluating student work, and providing regular feedback to support individual learning needs. The role involves preparing students for board examinations through targeted practice, doubt-clearing sessions, and concept reinforcement.



The teacher will collaborate with academic coordinators to improve course content, participate in training sessions, and maintain a supportive classroom environment that promotes discipline, motivation, and confidence in Urdu language learning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Teaching and Training skills, with experience instructing secondary school students, preferably for Bihar Board Urdu curriculum.
- Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Education skills, including the ability to design structured, exam-oriented lesson plans and learning materials.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly in Urdu and Hindi, and maintain professional interaction with students and parents.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urdu, Education, or a related field; B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
- Prior experience teaching Urdu at school or coaching centers, familiarity with Bihar Board syllabus, and a track record of improving student outcomes are highly beneficial.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics, use basic educational technology, and work collaboratively with other faculty members and academic staff.
- Commitment to inclusive, student-centered teaching and willingness to support learners from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.
