Position Details

Position: Blue Collar Recruiter

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Location: New Delhi

Employment: Full-Time | Work from Office

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Blue Collar Recruitment
- Strong experience in Gulf / Overseas Recruitment will be preferred
- Proven experience in bulk hiring and urgent manpower recruitment
- Solid sourcing network through agents, sub-agents, databases, job portals, social media and referrals
- Experience handling multiple manpower requirements simultaneously
- Good communication, coordination, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Ability to work under recruitment targets and tight deadlines
- Experience coordinating interviews, trade tests, documentation and candidate mobilization

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar manpower requirements
- Source candidates through local agents, sub-agents, job portals, databases, social media and referrals
- Develop and maintain a strong network of manpower agents and sourcing partners
- Screen and shortlist candidates according to client requirements
- Coordinate client interviews and trade tests
- Manage candidate documentation and deployment formalities
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with selected candidates until mobilization
- Handle bulk and urgent recruitment requirements for Gulf projects
- Coordinate with clients, agents and candidates throughout the recruitment process

Gulf Recruitment Experience Candidates with hands-on experience in recruitment for Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait or Bahrain will be strongly preferred.
