Key Responsibilities at junior-middle level:

- Understand the project scope, project schedule, deliverables, work breakdown structure.
- Prepare RFIs, undertake data collection process and site analysis.
- Investigate the legal, institutional and cadastral framework of the project.
- Support the team in identifying planning constraints and opportunities, and contribute to benchmarking studies, development criteria, and vision setting.
- Support the team in the delivery of non-complex projects, throughout the project life cycle as per client and authority requirements.
- Ensure alignment with project goals, client requirements and authority regulations for approvals at all stages of the project as required.




- Support in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations and participate with line managers in client presentations and workshops as well as for authority approvals.
- Undertake sufficient self-check, to contribute to the QA/ QC process as per company procedures and processes.
- Support team leaders, line managers in the preparation for client presentations, workshops, responses to client comments, clarifications and technical issues.

Competency/Qualification Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Master’s degree in urban design or Urban Planning are mandatory.
- 2-12years of relevant experience in urban planning / urban design, with significant exposure to large-scale master planning and mixed-use developments.
- Solid understanding of urban design principles, public realm design, and development regulations (as applicable).
- Solid software skills (AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, GIS).
- Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and handle multi-tasking roles at senior levels.
- Experience in GCC projects and working with authorities is a plus.
