At GameGenesis, we're looking for a passionate Unreal Developer Intern who wants to turn creative ideas into immersive gameplay experiences. You'll work with our programmers, designers, and artists to build gameplay systems, mechanics, and interactive features using Unreal Engine 5.

Your Mission

- Develop gameplay mechanics and systems using Unreal Engine 5.
- Implement gameplay features using Blueprints and/or C++.
- Work with designers to turn gameplay concepts into functional experiences.
- Integrate character controllers, animations, UI, VFX, and other gameplay elements.
- Debug, test, and optimize gameplay systems for performance and stability.
- Collaborate with artists and designers to integrate game assets into Unreal Engine.
- Maintain clean, organized, and reusable gameplay code and Blueprints.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Has hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5.
- Understands Blueprint Visual Scripting.
- Has basic knowledge of C++ and Object-Oriented Programming.




- Understands core game development concepts such as gameplay logic, events, components, and collision.
- Has strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Is passionate about game development and eager to learn.
- Can collaborate effectively with artists, designers, and other developers.

It'll Be Awesome If You Also Have

- Experience with Unreal Engine C++ development.
- Knowledge of AI systems, Behavior Trees, and Navigation.
- Familiarity with UMG, Animation Blueprints, or Control Rig.
- Experience with Niagara and gameplay VFX integration.
- Understanding of multiplayer or networked gameplay.
- Familiarity with Git or other version-control systems.
- Personal Unreal Engine projects or a GitHub portfolio.
