Job Summary We are looking for an experienced UKG Pro (UltiPro) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in HR and Payroll modules. The consultant will be responsible for configuration, implementation, support, troubleshooting, reporting, integrations, and business requirements related to UKG Pro HR and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro / UltiPro HR and Payroll.
- Configure and support Core HR, Employee Administration, Payroll, Benefits, and related HR processes.
- Strong understanding of US Payroll processing, payroll calculations, deductions, taxes, earnings, and year-end processes.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including pre-payroll validation, payroll calculation, reconciliation, and post-payroll activities.
- Configure employee data, organizational structures, pay groups, pay rates, deductions, taxes, and payroll policies.
- Support current hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and employee lifecycle transactions.
- Troubleshoot HR and Payroll issues and provide functional solutions.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into UKG Pro configurations.




- Develop and maintain UKG Pro reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
- Experience with UKG Pro reporting / BI / Cognos is preferred.
- Support integrations between UKG Pro and third-party systems such as benefits, payroll, finance, timekeeping, and other HR applications.
- Perform data validation, testing, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
- Participate in implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and production support activities.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides.
- Conduct UAT and support end users during implementation and production rollout.
