About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Engineer with 0–1 years of experience to join our product engineering team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in user-centered design, product design, web/mobile applications, design systems, and frontend collaboration. You will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, AI Engineers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design

- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective user experiences.
- Conduct basic user research and gather user requirements.
- Create user journeys, personas, information architecture, and user flows.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design responsive web and mobile interfaces.
- Create intuitive navigation and interaction patterns.
- Apply user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.

Figma & Prototyping
- Create UI designs and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Develop reusable components and maintain design consistency.
- Create and maintain design systems, UI libraries, and style guides.
- Prepare design specifications and assets for development teams.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate designs based on usability and business requirements.

Product Design
- Participate in product discovery and brainstorming sessions.




- Collaborate with product teams to understand user problems.
- Convert requirements into practical UI/UX solutions.
- Design dashboards, SaaS applications, mobile apps, workflows, forms, and data-driven interfaces.
- Contribute to improving existing products based on user feedback and analytics.

Developer Collaboration
- Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Provide design specifications, measurements, assets, and interaction details.
- Review implemented interfaces and identify UI inconsistencies.
- Understand basic HTML, CSS, and responsive design concepts.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible.

AI Product DesignAs an AI-focused IT startup, you may work on interfaces for:
- Generative AI applications
- AI Assistants and Copilots
- AI Agent platforms
- Chat interfaces
- AI dashboards
- RAG applications
- Data visualization
- Enterprise SaaS platforms
- AI-powered workflow automation

You will be expected to understand emerging AI/UX patterns and design experiences that make complex AI capabilities simple and intuitive for users. Required Skills

- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Hands-on knowledge of Figma.
- Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping.
- Understanding of user flows and information architecture.
- Basic knowledge of responsive web and mobile design.
- Good understanding of typography, spacing, color, grids, and visual hierarchy.
- Understanding of usability and accessibility fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
