Role Description This is a full-time, on-site UI/UX Designer role based in Manjeshwara. The UI/UX Designer will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research and usability testing, creating design systems and style guides, and iterating on designs based on feedback and data.

The role involves collaborating with the development team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation, maintaining consistency across products, and contributing to the overall user experience strategy.



The designer will also help refine prototypes, optimize interactions and visuals, and support client presentations and design reviews.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in user interface and user experience design, including wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Experience in user research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing, with the ability to translate insights into design decisions.
- Understanding of responsive design, design systems, and accessibility best practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product teams, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and workflows (HTML/CSS, design handoff to MERN/Next.js teams) is a plus.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, layout, and branding alignment.
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to present and justify design decisions clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience designing for startups, digital products, or e-commerce solutions is an advantage.
