Summary The key responsibilities of UI/UX Designer will be to create consistent and optimized layout designs and html/css for our web, mobile and desktop applications. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, and functional user interfaces.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Collaborate with product management to define and implement cutting-edge solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex designs
- Enforce consistency across our web and mobile application
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows to effectively communicate design ideas
- Generate HTML/CSS based on the wireframes
- Help with improving the usability, design and content of our website




- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- Any Graduate Any Specialization
- 3+ years experience in UI/UX design and development
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong enterprise application portfolio
- Sound knowledge of user interface design and experience in implementation
- Ability to create/write pages using HTML/CSS
- Ability to contribute and work in a team setting
- Understanding of US standards like ADA
- Understanding of technologies like Angular would be a plus
