We are looking for a creative and motivated UI/UX & Graphic Design Fresher who is passionate about visual design, user experience, branding, and digital content.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of UI/UX principles and graphic design fundamentals, along with hands-on knowledge of tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.

This role will provide an opportunity to work on real-world projects across website and app design, social media creatives, branding, marketing collateral, and basic motion graphics. Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design

Design user-friendly and responsive interfaces for websites and web applications.

Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Design mobile application interfaces.

Apply basic principles of user experience, usability, visual hierarchy, and information architecture.

Conduct basic user research and competitor analysis.

Incorporate feedback and iterate designs based on requirements.

Graphic

Design

Create engaging social media creatives for various platforms.

Design digital banners, advertisements, and promotional creatives.

Develop brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, and other marketing collateral.

Create infographics, icons, illustrations, and custom graphics.

Design event branding and exhibition-related materials.

Prepare designs according to digital and print requirements. Branding

Assist in creating logos and brand identity materials.

Develop and maintain consistent typography, color palettes, layouts,



and visual styles.

Assist in preparing brand guidelines and style guides.

Ensure consistency across different brand touchpoints. Motion & Video

Create basic motion graphics and animated social media posts.

Edit short promotional and marketing videos.

Work with simple transitions, animations, text effects, and visual elements. Marketing & Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing, content, project, and business teams to understand design requirements.

Convert briefs and ideas into visually appealing designs.

Participate in brainstorming and creative ideation.

Manage multiple design requirements while meeting deadlines.

Stay updated with current UI/UX, graphic design, branding, and digital design trends.

Required

Skills

Strong understanding of design fundamentals, color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.

Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.

Hands-on knowledge of Figma.

Working knowledge of at least one graphic design tool such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or CorelDRAW.

Basic knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design.

Good creative and visual-thinking skills.

Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to understand feedback and make design iterations. Good to Have

Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro,



CapCut, or similar video/motion tools.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.

Experience with design systems and component libraries.

Knowledge of UX research and usability testing.

Experience creating social media or marketing creatives.

Understanding of branding and visual identity.

Personal projects, college projects, freelance work, or internships in design. Education

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.

Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant design certifications/courses are encouraged to apply.
