UI/UX Frontend Developer (Product & Experience)

Location: On-Site Indore

Type: Full-time / Startup Core Team

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 / month (performance-linked growth & bonus incentives)

About the Role

We are building a global digital SaaS product backed by funding and moving at execution speed. We are looking for a UI/UX Frontend Developer who blends a designer’s eye for craft with a developer’s ability to turn visuals into clean, responsive live interfaces.

This is not an internship, and we are not looking for an intern mindset. We want a motivated self-starter—someone early in their career who has put in the hours independently, obsessing over user journeys, pixel-perfect layouts, and smooth micro-interactions.

Your work won't sit in a slide deck or wait through months of corporate approvals: everything you design and build will be shipped directly to live global users.

What You Will Do

- End-to-End Execution: Take interface concepts from wireframe to interactive Figma prototypes, and then straight into production code.
- Ship Live Features: Convert high-fidelity Figma components into clean, responsive, performance-optimized frontend code.
- Consumer Experience Craft: Focus heavily on user flows, micro-interactions, layout ergonomics, and visual hierarchy to deliver a world-class SaaS experience.
- Rapid Iteration: Work directly alongside founders on a funded product, taking real user data and feedback to iterate rapidly on live features.
- Product Ownership: Take full accountability for user touchpoints—from onboarding screens to dashboard interactions.

You identify UX friction points, build a solution, and present it ready to deploy.
3. • Proactive Self-Learner: You may be a fresher, but your personal projects, side builds, or portfolio prove you’ve spent serious time mastering UI engineering and design principles on your own.
4. • Eye for SaaS Design: Understanding of grid systems, typography, color theory, component design systems, and up-to-date SaaS design patterns.

6. • Design: Proficient in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, design systems, interactive prototyping).
7. • Frontend Execution: Strong fundamentals in modern web frontend (HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind CSS, JavaScript / modern framework concepts like React or Next.js).
8. • Implementation: Ability to translate complex Figma visual designs into pixel-perfect, cross-browser responsive frontend components without losing visual quality.
