Key Responsibilities

1. Website & UI/UX Design

- Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites and landing pages.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design website sections, forms, navigation, CTAs, dashboards, and other digital interfaces.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Review existing websites and recommend improvements in usability, visual hierarchy, and conversion.
- Ensure designs are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

2. Creative & Digital Design

- Design high-quality creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Create promotional banners, campaign creatives, advertisements, event creatives, course promotions, recruitment posts, and announcements.
- Develop visual assets for Welkin's training programs, education initiatives, technology solutions, and recruitment services.
- Design brochures, flyers, certificates, posters, standees, and other marketing collateral.
- Create professional presentations and pitch decks when required.

3. Brand & Visual Identity

- Maintain consistency across Welkin's various digital and offline communication.
- Develop layouts, templates, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements.
- Understand and implement brand guidelines, typography, colors, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Help build a consistent and premium visual identity for Welkin and its various programs/verticals.

4. Collaboration

- Work with the Marketing, Sales, Training, HR, and Management teams to understand requirements and convert them into effective visual communication.
- Work with content writers and digital marketing teams to create campaign assets.




- Coordinate with developers for website/UI implementation.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.

5. Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or equivalent design tools
- Understanding of responsive web design
- Valuable understanding of typography, color theory, layout, grids, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create professional social media and marketing creatives
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage
- Understanding of WordPress and website design is preferred
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries is an advantage
- Ability to work with brand guidelines and maintain design consistency

Qualifications Bachelor's OR Master's degree/diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field

1–3 years of relevant experience A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX + creative design work is mandatory.

Pay: ₹11,238.35 - ₹30,000.00 per month
