Drivers4Me is an on-demand driver hiring platform operating across multiple Indian cities, including Kolkata, Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore. We provide verified professional drivers through our mobile and web platforms.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer Intern who approaches design with a problem-solving mindset. The ideal candidate should be curious, detail-oriented, and focused on understanding user problems and business needs to create thoughtful design solutions—not just visually appealing screens.

What You'll Do:

- Understand both users and the business to identify problems and provide effective design solutions.
- Collaborate with PMs, operations and engineers to improve user flows and UI.
- Identify friction points in the existing product and propose cleaner, more user-friendly solutions.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system while creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs based on user and business needs.
- Work across the Drivers4Me ecosystem, including the customer app, driver app, operations console, SaaS platforms and more,



building products used by thousands of real users.
- Iterate quickly based on user feedback and team input.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6+ months of design experience through internship, freelance, part-time or full-time work.
- Proficiency in Figma or FigJam.
- A portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving, not just visual aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of user flows, usability and UI/UX fundamentals.
- Strong eye for visual design and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a problem before jumping into a visual solution.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback and improve every day.

Good to Have:

- Experience building or contributing to design systems.
- Basic frontend knowledge such as HTML, CSS or React.
- Familiarity with AI tools for design and development.
