In this role, you will create and manage content across various departments, including technical documentation, marketing materials, PR activities, and digital content. We are looking for someone who can adapt their writing style to different formats and audiences, ensuring consistent messaging and high quality across all content. You will be a key player in supporting our brand, driving engagement, and enhancing our digital presence through compelling content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for technical docs, blogs, websites, social media, newsletters, press releases, and marketing collateral, tailored to various audiences and platforms.
- SEO and Digital Marketing: Write SEO-optimized content to improve search rankings and visibility. Craft compelling digital marketing content for ads, emails, and social media.
- PR and Branding: Create impactful press releases and PR materials to promote company news and events, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including engineering and marketing, to gather information and create cohesive content aligned with company goals.
- Content Strategy: Assist in planning and executing content strategies that align with business goals and enhance our brand.
- Content Calendar: Manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content across platforms.
- Editing and Proofreading: Review content for clarity,



consistency, and alignment with brand and SEO guidelines.
- Research and Analytics: Conduct research and analyze content performance to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Content Repurposing: Adapt existing content for different formats and platforms to maximize reach.
- Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to legal, ethical, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in content or technical writing, preferably in a tech environment.
- Bachelor s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.
- Proven experience in creating compelling content for various formats and audiences with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- Experience with using AI tools like ChatGPT4 to enhance content quality and efficiency (not to use ChatGPT4 to repackage stale content).
- Robust research abilities and the ability to learn and write about new topics and technologies quickly.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of software development, cloud technologies, IoT, or digital transformation.
- Client-focused approach with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
