UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in user interface and user experience design to create up-to-date, intuitive, and visually appealing digital products. The role focuses primarily on user research, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, design systems, and creating seamless experiences for websites and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

- Design modern, user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Conduct user research and understand user needs and business requirements
- Develop intuitive user experiences and clear navigation structures
- Create responsive designs for different screen sizes and devices
- Design complete user journeys and interaction flows
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Create and maintain reusable design systems and UI components
- Prepare design assets, specifications, and documentation for developers
- Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on user feedback
- Analyze existing products and identify opportunities for UX improvements
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, spacing, layouts, and visual elements
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, design standards, and best practices
- Work closely with product, development, marketing,



and management teams
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver work within deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Experience designing websites and mobile applications
- Good understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and user flows
- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, grids, and visual hierarchy
- Experience creating design systems and reusable components
- Understanding of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design
- Ability to convert business requirements into effective design solutions
- Good understanding of developer handoff and design specifications
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and mobile application development is an advantage
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects is required

Experience Level

Skilled / Experienced UI/UX Designer (1–2 years preferred)
