Role Description: The UAV Systems Engineer will work on the design, integration, testing, and maintenance of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems, ensuring reliable performance of hardware and software components. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing system architectures, configuring onboard systems, conducting diagnostics, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on recent UAV platforms and mission-specific payloads. The role involves supporting flight tests, performing system validation,



documenting engineering processes, and contributing to continuous improvement of system reliability and safety.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring close collaboration with engineering, operations, and training teams.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Systems Engineering for UAV or aerospace platforms.
- Hands-on experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for complex electro-mechanical or embedded systems.
- Proficiency in System Administration related to UAV ground control stations, networks, and associated infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of UAV avionics, control systems, sensors, communication protocols, and safety standards.
- Experience with testing and validation, failure analysis, and documentation of engineering workflows.
- Ability to work on-site in Greater Noida, collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
