Experience: 10 + Years
Mandatory Skills:
- Microsoft Intune / SCCM (MECM) UEM, co-management, Windows endpoint management
- Application Packaging & Deployment – MSI, MSIX, App-V, software distribution
- Patch & Vulnerability Management – endpoint security, compliance, remediation
- Advanced PowerShell – endpoint and operational automation
- Windows Autopilot and device provisioning
- Entra ID (Azure AD) and cloud device management
- Microsoft Defender Suite and endpoint security
- Endpoint Analytics
- ServiceNow / ITIL – Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management
- Azure / Microsoft 365
- Power BI / Power Platform for reporting and automation
Positive-to-have: AVD, Automation Anywhere/RPA, Infrastructure-as-Code concepts, stakeholder/vendor management
