Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Tube Filling Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining tube-filling machines, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor tube-filling machines to ensure smooth production processes

Adjust machine settings for different product formulations and packaging specifications

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime

Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards

Maintain a clean and protected working environment, following safety protocols and GMP guidelines

Record production data and report any issues to the supervisor

Collaborate with the production and quality control teams to optimize efficiency and quality

Qualifications & Requirements:

Hard Skills:

Experience operating tube-filling machines in a manufacturing setup (preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or oral care industries)

Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Familiarity with GMP (Valuable Manufacturing Practices) and safety regulations





Ability to read and interpret machine manuals and production specifications

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Team player with excellent communication skills

Commitment to quality and efficiency

Education & Certifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Technical certification in machine operation or industrial mechanics is a plus

Preferred Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in tube-filling or packaging machine operations

Prior experience in cosmetics, skincare, or oral care manufacturing is preferred
