Fly Wide Holidays is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive to join our Kochi team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone and WhatsApp
- Follow up with travel leads and convert them into bookings
- Explain domestic and international tour packages to customers
- Prepare and share quotations and itineraries
- Maintain proper lead and booking follow-ups
- Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation
- Build good relationships with customers and provide professional service

Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Malayalam & English
- Strong interest in sales and customer service
- Comfortable handling phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries




- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to follow up consistently and close sales
- Previous experience in travel/tourism or sales is preferred
- Freshers with good communication and sales ability can also apply
