Job Summary

Travgenix Travels is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Jaipur.

The candidate will be responsible for handling travel inquiries, understanding customer requirements, preparing customized holiday packages, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

The role involves selling Domestic & International holiday packages, including destinations such as Rajasthan, Kerala, Kashmir, Ladakh, Dubai, Bali, Thailand, Vietnam, Europe and more.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming travel inquiries through WhatsApp, calls, email and other channels.
- Understand customers' travel requirements, preferences and budget.
- Recommend suitable destinations, itineraries, hotels, activities and transportation.
- Prepare and share customized travel quotations and itineraries.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Negotiate with customers while maintaining company margins.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the operations team, hotels, transporters and destination partners for bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales in the company's CRM/lead management system.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business.
- Stay updated about destinations, travel products, hotel options and market trends.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in travel sales, holiday packages, tourism or a similar sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Good knowledge of Indian and/or international holiday destinations.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Strong negotiation, convincing and closing skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven setting.
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp, email and basic computer applications.
- Ability to prepare professional quotations and itineraries.
- Good spoken English and Hindi.
- Candidates with experience handling B2C travel leads will be preferred.
- Freshers
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in travel sales may also apply.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or tourism will be an added advantage.
