We’re Hiring: Travel Operations & Sales Executive

Experience: 2–4 years in the travel industry

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Travel Operations & Sales Executive who can independently manage customer enquiries, sales calls and complete travel operations for domestic and international holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and email

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel options

Prepare customised itineraries, quotations and presentations

Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings

Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, transporters and other suppliers

Manage hotel, flight, transfer, sightseeing and activity bookings

Assist with visa documentation and travel-related formalities

Maintain booking records, payment schedules and client documents

Provide pre-travel and on-trip assistance to customers





Handle operational issues calmly and ensure a smooth customer experience

Candidate Requirements

2–4 years of relevant experience in travel sales and operations

Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

Experience in itinerary planning, costing and supplier coordination

Confident in handling customer calls and sales follow-ups

Comfortable using email, MS Office/Google Workspace and WhatsApp

Responsible, organised and capable of managing bookings independently

Willing to provide support during travel emergencies when required
