About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. You’ll manage complex itineraries for high-profile clients and sports teams, providing human-led, end-to-end travel services. While experience in Sports travel is not essential, proven VIP travel experience is a must.

Mode of Work: Work from Home

Key Responsibilities:

- Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexities, for air, road, rail, and accommodations
- Use the GDS platform (Amadeus)



to deliver efficient, policy-compliant solutions.
- Offer proactive, bespoke travel support-ensuring seamless, round-the-clock service.
- Suggest value-added services like upgrades and ancillary bookings to enhance the experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support continuous improvement in service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

- Mandatory: Experience (Minimum 5 years) managing VIP travel.
- Skilled in complex, multi-modal bookings and fare structures.
- Excellent communicator with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work on rostered shifts to support our 24/7 global clients.
