Role Description The Travel Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the Travel Consultant will advise clients on travel options, create tailored itineraries, and manage bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, and tour packages.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing destination information, preparing quotations, processing reservations, and coordinating visa and documentation requirements.

The Travel

Consultant will maintain accurate records in reservation systems, monitor fare options and promotions, and ensure timely communication with clients before, during, and after travel.



The role also involves resolving service issues, collaborating with internal teams and suppliers, and consistently delivering professional, customer-centric support.

Qualifications

- Ability to provide expert Travel Consulting, including itinerary planning and destination guidance.
- Experience in Travel Management and oversight of end-to-end travel services for diverse client needs.
- Proficiency in handling Travel Arrangements, such as flights, hotels, transfers, and tour packages.
- Solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and clear communication.
- Hands-on experience with Reservations, including use of booking platforms or GDS and accurate data entry.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfort working with MS Office and online travel tools; familiarity with visa and documentation processes is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or corporate travel environment preferred.
- Relevant education in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively within a diverse, inclusive team environment.
