Job Summary

Juzgo Holidays Worlde LLP is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer travel requirements, designing suitable domestic and international holiday packages, preparing quotations, converting enquiries into bookings, and providing excellent customer service throughout the travel process.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and travel plans.
- Prepare customized domestic and international tour packages and itineraries.
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare quotations and explain package inclusions, exclusions, pricing, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and other services.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate flight, hotel, sightseeing, transfers, visa assistance, travel insurance, and other travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, quotations, bookings, and payments.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers before, during, and after their trip.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, changes, cancellations, and travel-related issues professionally.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Stay updated on new destinations, travel packages, hotel options, and tourism trends.

- Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.




- Good sales and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Ability to create attractive and cost-effective travel itineraries.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office, email, WhatsApp, and internet research.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Passion for travel and tourism.

Qualifications & Experience

- Any Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Diploma/Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in travel consultancy, travel sales, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in selling domestic and international holiday packages will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in travel may also be considered.
