Roles and Responsibilities

Assist clients in planning, organizing, and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and tours

Provide expert advice and recommendations on travel destinations, attractions, and activities based on client preferences and budget

Research and gather information on travel options, such as visa requirements, travel restrictions, and health and safety guidelines

Create detailed travel itineraries customized to client specifications, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience

Handle all aspects of booking and reservation processes, including ticketing, hotel reservations, car rentals, and travel insurance

Coordinate with airlines, hotels,



and other travel partners to ensure smooth logistics and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise

Stay up to date on industry trends, travel regulations, and emerging destinations to provide the most accurate and relevant information to clients

Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving any travel-related problems

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and payments

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Qualifications and Skills

- Fresher (BA /BSC tourism / MA tourism / MBA Tourism ) or 1-2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and travel-related products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using travel booking software and reservation systems
- Good problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing travel requirements and client preferences
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English, Tamil and any additional Indian language is a plus
