Role Description This is a full time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Kolhapur.

The Travel

Consultant will advise clients on travel options, create customized itineraries, and manage end-to-end travel arrangements for domestic and international trips. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing destination and package recommendations, preparing quotations, and coordinating bookings for flights, hotels, transport, and tours. The role involves managing reservations systems, confirming tickets and vouchers, and ensuring accurate documentation.

The Travel

Consultant will deliver high-quality customer service, resolve issues, follow up with travelers before and after trips,



and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth travel experiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design itineraries, advise clients, and manage complete travel plans.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings for transport, accommodation, and tour services efficiently.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, address client needs, and ensure positive traveler experiences.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations, visa and documentation requirements, and basic travel regulations is beneficial.
- Proficiency with booking and reservation software, MS Office tools, and online travel platforms is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously are important.
- Relevant education in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and local languages, along with effective verbal and written communication, will be an asset.
