As a Training Manager, you will play a critical role in:

▪️ Designing and delivering business-focused learning intervention s▪️ Building capability across Sales, Operations & Business tea ms▪️ Driving Product, Process, Sales & Behavioural Learn ing▪️ Partnering with business leaders to identify capability gaps and learning n eeds▪️ Strengthening on-the-job learning and perfor mance▪️ Managing learning calendars, certifications and training effecti veness▪️ Using data and insights to demonstrate training ROI and business impact▪️ Building a strong learning culture across th e region
