We are being established as a Centre of Excellence for qualified skill development in Integrated Facility Management. The Academy will initially focus on Security and Housekeeping training, with plans to expand into Electrical Maintenance, Plumbing, STP/WTP Operations, Fire & Safety, Technical Maintenance, Facility Management, Customer Service, Soft Skills, and Leadership Development. We are hiring a Training Academy Manager & Principal to lead the establishment, operations, accreditation, faculty, curriculum, quality, business development, and overall performance of the Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

●Lead the Academy's strategy, annual business plans, growth initiatives, training operations, and long-term expansion

●Plan training calendars, manage batches, assessments, trainee discipline, certification, records, and placement support

●Develop and continuously improve industry-oriented curricula across Security, Housekeeping, Technical Services, Facility Management, Soft Skills, and Leadership

●Lead and develop faculty, including Security and Housekeeping Instructors and future technical trainers; drive faculty performance and Train-the-Trainer programmes

●Lead government accreditation and compliance activities with NSDC, MEPSC, PSARA, Skill India, Sector Skill Councils, and relevant government bodies

●Establish SOPs,



quality systems, internal audits, training effectiveness measures, competency assessments, and ISO-aligned processes

●Develop external training business through corporate, industrial, government, CSR, campus, and institutional partnerships

●Manage Academy budgets, operating costs, revenue forecasts, profitability, MIS, digital learning systems, and training analytics

Key Qualifications:

●Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is mandatory; Master's Degree in Management, Education, HR, Engineering, or a related field preferred

●10–15 years of experience in Training, Facility Management, Security, Skill Development, Corporate Learning, or Technical Education

●Experience in establishing or managing a Training Academy will be highly desirable

●Experience with NSDC, MEPSC, Skill India, or Sector Skill Councils preferred

●Strong expertise in training management, curriculum/instructional design, LMS, quality systems, ISO standards, business analytics, and digital learning platforms

●Strong leadership, stakeholder management, planning, decision-making, coaching, mentoring, and business development capabilities

●Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI and ERP systems experience preferred

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
