Position: Trainer - Machine Shop

Location: Kothur Plant - Hyderabad

Education: BE preferred (Mechanical Engineering)

Key Responsibilities

- Good communication skills in English & Hindi. Telugu is preferred.
- Presentable with motivational and encouraging training skills.
- Good knowledge of Machine Shop is required in CNC machines like VMC, HMC, VTL, HBM etc
- Foundry, Casting, Fettling and Machining process knowledge is desirable.
- Developing robust technical training material and ensure employee adherence to the same.
- Assist in recruitment processes to interview candidates on technical skills & knowledge.
- Plan, schedule, train various departments with stakeholder coordination to upgrade quality.
- Work closely with the quality team to monitor the impact of training & the tangible benefits.
- Ensure proper and timely planning of training sessions for the current and existing employees.
- Maintain the training & development MIS of all plant operations and sharing it to the HOD.
