Description We are seeking dynamic trainees/ freshers to join our team as Project Controllers.

The ideal candidates will possess strong analytical abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and excellent organizational and communication capabilities, both written and oral.

Proficiency in computer applications relevant to the role and demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse work group of stakeholders.

Primavera P6 Expertise: Develop, update, and finalize schedules; solve related issues and identify critical paths.

Cost Management: Setup and track cost, analyze cost variance, CPI, and performance.

Invoice Review: Efficiently review contractor invoices.

Change Management: Ensure compliance with program standards, review change requests, and code change records.

Dashboard Development: Integrate schedule and cost data using Power BI.

Risk Management: Utilize Risk Register, RBS, and simulation tools.

Effective Communication: Demonstrate robust communication, smart work, proactiveness, and ownership.

Project Deliverables: Produce high-quality project control deliverables within deadlines.

Agile Project Execution: Manage multiple projects under typical programs/portfolios.

Software Proficiency: Use Aconex for cost and document modules,



and advanced Excel and Power BI for project analysis.

Resource Management: Create resources in Primavera and load man-hours into scheduled activities.

Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate completion dates and act as an interface between functional and project teams Qualifications B.Tech (Full-time) in Civil/Mechanical, graduating in 2027.

60% or above throughout academics with no active backlogs

EPC Deliverable Sequence: Basic understanding of the sequence of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction deliverables.

Advanced Excel: Working knowledge of Advanced Excel is preferred.

Project Management Knowledge: Basic understanding of Project Management Knowledge Areas and Planning Terminologies.

Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work permanently in either a general shift (08:00 am to 04:30 pm) or a second shift (12:30 pm to 9:00 pm) to accommodate coordination with the US office. This job posting will remain open a minimum of 72 hours and on an ongoing basis until filled.
