About the Role

We are looking for a Trainee – Finance to join our Finance team and support financial analytics, MIS reporting, and business insights. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional to gain hands-on exposure to financial planning, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives within a leading pharmaceutical organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, and good communication skills, with an eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and financial reports for management review.
- Support financial analytics and interpretation of business/financial data to identify trends and insights.
- Assist in preparation of periodic reports, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based financial models, trackers, and analytical reports.
- Leverage advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH, charts, and data analysis tools.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
- Support the Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and analyze financial and business information.
- Contribute to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives within the Finance function.




- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements as needed.

Education & Eligibility
- Masters in Finance
- Freshers or candidates with relevant internship/entry-level experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates who can commit to the full 6-month tenure will be preferred.
