Role & responsibilities

Operate production machines and assembly lines.

Assemble automotive electronic components as per work instructions.

Perform visual inspection and quality checks on products.

Maintain production targets and quality standards.

Follow safety guidelines, 5S practices, and company procedures.

Report production or quality issues to the supervisor.

Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / ITI / BE (Technical background preferred)
- 02 years of experience in manufacturing / production / assembly line (Freshers can also apply)
- Basic understanding of assembly processes and production operations
- Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Knowledge of quality standards and visual inspection techniques
- Familiarity with 5S practices and workplace safety guidelines
- Positive hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours / work in shifts
- Basic communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to production targets and deadlines
- Discipline, punctuality, and a responsible work attitude
