Job Title: Train Manager Food & Beverage Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Train Manager to oversee end-to-end food and service operations onboard trains. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining service and food quality standards, managing the onboard team, and delivering an excellent passenger experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day F&B; and onboard service operations.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate the onboard service team.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, and service standards.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, availability, and timely service.
- Manage inventory, stock requirements, wastage, and basic cost controls.
- Handle passenger feedback, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen, operations, vendors, and other stakeholders for smooth service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain daily operational reports and records.
- Drive team discipline, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Eligibility
- 5+ years of relevant experience in QSR,



Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Operations Management.
- IHM qualification is mandatory.
- Experience in managing teams and day-to-day operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage operations under pressure.
- Willingness to work in train/onboard operations, including rotational shifts and extended working hours as required.
- Candidates with experience in QSR, railway catering, hospitality, airline catering, or large-scale food operations will be preferred.
