Role Description

This is a full-time in office role in Mumbai for a Tour Consultant. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing guided tours, coordinating with clients, and advising on travel and tourism-related services. Key responsibilities include managing bookings, delivering excellent customer service,



providing expert travel consultations, and addressing inquiries to enhance the overall travel experience for clients.

Qualifications

- Experience in Travel Consulting and Travel & Tourism
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge and expertise in planning and managing Guided Tours
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems or related tools is an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Passion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations
- Relevant education in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
