Responsibilities A Tour Executive's responsibilities generally include planning, organizing, and coordinating travel itineraries, managing bookings, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. They also work with travel agents and companies to secure accommodations and transportation, ensuring a seamless travel experience. Desired profile of the candidate

- Experiences handle with all outbound tour operations effectively and independently.
- Develop domestic and international packages; suggest interesting travel routes or places of interest to the clients.
- Converse with customer to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required.
- Book transportation and hotel reservations, using computer terminal or telephone. Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers.
- Handle Reservation independently. Negotiation and Contracting with Vendors, i.e Hoteliers, Transporters and DMC.



Liaise and correspond with agents and operators on a daily basis. Thorough knowledge of Routing & Pricing.
- Has knowledge of all International Destination. Capable to handle Counter sales & Corporate reservations.
- Knowledge of FIT/Hotel room Booking/ On line Booking Events Incentives Out bound International Tour & travel Packages a added advantage.
- Troubleshooting unforeseen issues and emergencies that occur.
- Attending to customer queries for Hotels through emails and phones calls Sending Proposals for Hotels , Preparing Itineraries for Holiday packages.
- Requirements:Designing itineraries and costing as per the travel plan of the traveller and communicating a range of information on destinations and culture.
- Communicate with the clients by mail and phone
- Ensuring timely preparation of travel related documents including tickets, vouchers etc within the stipulated time frame..
- Coordinating with suppliers for rates, bookings and follow-ups.
- Handling payments, Raising Invoices for the client against his bookings.
- Ensuring that the guest have maximum comfort and conveniences during their travel.

- A creative approach to problem solving and timely up date CRM system.

Ability to multi task Basic Knowledge of International & Domestic Air Tickets on CRS (Sabre ) and Visa Documentation of various prominent countries, Insurance Shall be treated an additional qualification.

Education qualification

Minimum HSC & above. Computer savvy.

Preferred- shall have Diploma in Travel and Tourism./IATA.

Applicant shall be preferred from Central Suburb Mumbai, Thane Navi Mumbai.
