Year of Experience : 2+ years in any field

Key Responsibilities

● Design and organize travel itineraries, including accommodation,

transportation, and activities.

● Coordinate with suppliers, such as hotels, transport services, and activity providers, to ensure all arrangements are in place.

● Serve as the primary contact for clients before, during, and after the tour.

● Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise during the tour.

● Provide information, assistance, and support to travelers throughout the tour.

● Ensure all travel arrangements and logistics are executed smoothly and efficiently.

● Oversee the distribution of travel documents and tickets to clients.





● Monitor and manage tour schedules to ensure timely departures and arrivals.

● Promote and market tours to potential clients through various channels,

including social media, websites, and travel agencies.

● Develop promotional materials and tour descriptions to attract customers.

● Engage with clients during the tour, offering insights, guidance, and support.

● Maintain accurate records of tour expenses, bookings, and client information.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.

● Proven experience as a Tour Manager or similar role in the travel industry is a plus.

● Excellent organizational and time management skills.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Knowledge of popular travel destinations and tourist attractions.

● Flexibility to travel frequently and work irregular hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
