Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Tool Room & Die/Mould Maintenance Technician responsible for the maintenance, repair, modification and upkeep of die-casting dies/moulds to ensure smooth production and minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out regular preventive and breakdown maintenance of aluminium and zinc die-casting dies.
- Dismantling, cleaning, inspection, repair and reassembly of dies.
- Identify and rectify die-related issues such as flash, wear, damage, cooling problems and parting-line issues.
- Repair and replacement of die components such as guide pins, bushes, ejector pins, sleeves, cores, inserts and other tooling components.
- Carry out die modifications and minor machining/fitting work as required.
- Operate conventional machines such as lathe, drilling, milling, grinding etc., wherever required.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and die/tooling components.
- Maintain die maintenance records and ensure proper storage and upkeep of dies.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to resolve die-related problems.
- Ensure proper 5S and safety practices in the tool room.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in die/mould maintenance.
- Knowledge of aluminium/zinc pressure die-casting dies will be preferred.
- Knowledge of fitting, grinding and basic machining operations.
- Ability to identify die wear and troubleshoot tooling problems.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier, micrometer, etc.
- Good understanding of tool room practices.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience:

2–5 years of relevant experience in Tool Room, Die Maintenance, Mould Maintenance or Die Casting.

काम की जिम्मेदारियां:

- Aluminium और Zinc Die Casting की Dies/Moulds की नियमित maintenance करना।
- Die को खोलना, साफ करना, जांच करना, repair करना और दोबारा assemble करना।
- Die में आने वाली समस्याओं जैसे Flash, Wear, Damage, Cooling Problem और Parting Line की समस्या को पहचानना और ठीक करना।
- Ejector Pin, Guide Pin, Bush, Sleeve, Core, Insert आदि Die Components की repair और replacement करना।
- जरूरत के अनुसार Die में modification और fitting का काम करना।
- Lathe, Drilling, Milling, Grinding आदि Tool Room machines पर काम करना।
- Engineering Drawing को समझकर उसके अनुसार काम करना।
- Dies की maintenance और repair का record रखना।
- Production में Die से संबंधित समस्या आने पर उसे जल्द से जल्द ठीक करना।




- Production और Quality Team के साथ मिलकर Die से संबंधित समस्याओं का समाधान करना।
- Tool Room में साफ-सफाई, 5S और Safety का ध्यान रखना।

उम्मीदवार में ये Skills होनी चाहिए:
- Die/Mould Maintenance का practical experience होना चाहिए।
- Aluminium/Zinc Pressure Die Casting Dies का अनुभव होने पर प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
- Fitting, Grinding और Basic Machining का अच्छा ज्ञान होना चाहिए।
- Die में होने वाली खराबी और उसके कारण को पहचानने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।
- Vernier, Micrometer आदि Measuring Instruments चलाने का ज्ञान होना चाहिए।
- Tool Room के काम का अच्छा practical knowledge होना चाहिए।

योग्यता: ITI / Diploma – Tool & Die Making / Mechanical या संबंधित क्षेत्र।

अनुभव:

2–5 वर्ष का अनुभव Tool Room, Die Maintenance, Mould Maintenance या Die Casting में होना चाहिए।

नोट: केवल किताबी ज्ञान वाले उम्मीदवारों के बजाय ऐसे उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी जिन्हें Die/Mould Maintenance का अच्छा hands-on practical experience हो।

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
