Role:

We are looking for a Tool Setter / Mold Setter with hands-on experience in plastic injection molding machines, mold changeover, machine setting, and process parameter adjustment. The role involves ensuring accurate mold installation, smooth machine setup, troubleshooting of molding defects, and supporting productive production.





Key Responsibilities

- Perform mold/tool changeover and setting on plastic injection molding machines.
- Ensure proper mold alignment, clamping, cooling, hydraulic and pneumatic connections.
- Set machine parameters after mold changeover for smooth production.
- Troubleshoot common molding defects such as short shot, flash, sink marks, warpage, and flow lines.
- Monitor machine and mold performance and identify abnormalities.
- Support tool/mold maintenance and report tool wear or damage.
- Handle auxiliary equipment such as robots, conveyors, chillers and hot runner systems.
- Follow SOP, quality standards and EHS guidelines.
- Work in rotational shifts as per production requirements.
